We offer many selections to choose from such as vegetarian, seafood, chicken, lamb, and goat. We also offer Curries, Tikka Masalas, Karahis, Kormas, and Tandoori dishes. India's Oven also provides catering offsite for your convenience. We offer pick up orders and delivery. India's Oven specializes in North Indian food which presents the impact of Mughali food.In North Indian food, dairy products like milk, cream, cottage cheese, ghee (clarified butter), and yogurt play an important role. The curries usually have thick and creamy gravies. North India is home to the tandoori roti and naans. Roti's are made from wheat flour where naan is made from white flour. The breads can be made in a clay tandoor oven, fried, or on tava. Pujabi inspired parents (wheat bread stuffed with different vegetables and meats) are also available.
