In North Indian food, dairy products like milk, cream, cottage cheese, ghee (clarified butter), and yogurt play an important role. The curries usually have thick and creamy gravies. North India is home to the tandoor roti and naans. Roti's are made from wheat flour where naan is made from white flour. The breads can be made in a clay tandoor oven, friend, or on tava. Pujabi inspired paranthas (wheat bread stuffed with different vegetables and meats) are also available. Some of our popular dishes are chicken makhani (butter chicken), dandoor chicken, briyanis, saag, goat curry, chicken tikka, samosas, chaat , and naans.
